New MEFMA focus groups

Help frame industry guidance – get involved today

The purpose of the focus group initiatives is to explore the critical issues facing the industry and wider stakeholders. The groups are comprised of volunteers active across the numerous disciplines inherent in FM. Selected by MEFMA, team members are assigned a specific issue on a given topic commensurate with their skill set and experience. Initial goals and objectives are agreed upon and a time frame set for submission.

The initial report and recommendation document will be considered as the starting point for future focus groups, or professional consultant. From here final recommendations will be reached to frame guidance and close any gaps related to the issue under study.

MEFMA is currently recruiting participants for three new focus group topics. Join today and help shape the built environment for future generations.

  • Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for FM Services  - Dubai

  • FM Guidance for Design Teams  -  Abu Dhabi

  • Indicative Life Expectancies for Building Assets/Elements  -  Abu  Dhabi
