Jamal Abdulla Lootah, presently Chief Executive Officer of Imdaad, the integrated facility management service provider, comes with a wealth of administrative experience at different levels in Dubai World.
Starting his career with the Security Department of Dubai Port Authority, Mr. Lootah has been with Dubai World since 1991. Excellent administrative skills and leadership qualities helped him progress in his career. Mr. Lootah became Director of Human Resources and General Administration in 2005.
In 2007 Mr. Lootah was appointed as Imdaad’s Chief Executive Officer. As the CEO, he is leading the FM service provider’s ambitious expansion drive with particular emphasis on green initiatives.
Mr. Lootah, has completed the Corporate Advance Program at IMD, the leading global business school based in Switzerland, graduated in Business Administration from the University of London.
Jamal is currently the President of the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA).
Ibrahim Fakhroo is the group CEO of GSSG, which is located in Qatar, Dubai, UK, Egypt, Singapore. He is the current acting Vice President of MEFMA.
To mention just a few of his higher positions, he started as Electricity Distribution Manager at Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) in 2002. Due to his commitment and sheer dedication to his work, he was offered the position of Senior Manager – QTA Operation at Qatar Tourism Authority. After two years he was again offered a more senior post at Qatar Chamber of Commerce & Industry as Director General.
His eagerness to prove himself in the corporate world didn’t stop here as he now holds one of the highest positions at Barwa Real Estate Company as Director for Group Business Service Investment. Ibrahim Fakhroo was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Qatar in 1986 graduating with distinction. To further enhance his knowledge and passion and to continue his quest for excellence in the workplace, Ibrahim pursued a Diploma in Administration in 1991 graduating with honours.
Naif is currently the CEO of Memar Development and Construction Company established on 2007. Naif has succeeded in his own projects within 10 years as he is also a Co-founder of Abraaj Real Estate Company that was established in 2003, to start with the Clock Tower and the Chinese Village, in addition to establishing Able Facilities management Company in Dubai.
In addition to his real estate and FM companies, he has established PHI Communications and CTRL P Printing Solutions along with other trading companies and is a partner in Bohoor International Investment Company.
He also participated in several international conferences such as the Global Competitiveness Forum in 2008 and 2009 and the Middle East Conference for Maintenance and Hyfiene in Dubai in 2009. He received several certifications in management and planning and participated in various global real estate conferences and forums.
Abdulhadi Ali Alalyak is currently the Vice President of Asset Management and Corporate Administration in the UAE Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company “du”. He has held this position since 2008 being a key personal in the development of this young corporation.
Previous to this Abdulhadi worked for Etisalat as the Chief Engineer for Integrated Customer Services and Facilities Management. He brings 15 years of vast experience including managing operations in several areas such as managing integrated customer services, assets and infrastructure projects ranging from corporate offices, Retails, Telecommunications Technical Buildings, and Data Centres.
Abdulhadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical engineering from the George Washington University, USA, along with a Post Graduate Certificates in both the Strategic Leadership from Cranfield University, UK, and Managing Corporate Resources from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
Some other recognized achievements from Abdulhadi include his contribution to the establishment of the Middle East FM association (MEFMA) which he is currently a member of the Board of Directors.
Ahmad Hussain is currently the Director of the Facilities operation Department at the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du).
He recently joined du in June 2005. Previously he worked as Director of the Facilities Management Department from 2005 to 2010 at the Engineer's Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He also worked in the Facilities Management profession as a Maintenance Engineer, from 2002 to 2005, at Zakum Development Company. In 2001 he was a marine engineer with BP, North America.
Ahmad obtained his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Northumbria University, UK and his Masters in Engineering Management from Sunderland University, UK.
He has recently obtained his executive diploma in public administration from the National University of Singapore and is currently completing the prestigious “Mohammed Bin Rashid Program” for Leadership Development. Ahmad is also a Board member of Middle East Facility Management Association and a member of the Dubai Quality Group.
Ahmad has been the Vice President of the U.A.E student union in UK and Ireland as well as an active member in the Gulf Student Confederation, and has coached U.A.E students during 2002 and 2003.
His involvement in setting up best practice in predictive & proactive maintenance regime in telecommunication industry was the first major achievement. Another achievement was his active contribution in setting up Health, Safety & Environment culture within an organization of more than 10,000 staff. Further contributions were in the field of facility management industry by setting up best practice sustainable FM practices ensuring active engagement of all stakeholders. His final destination before joining ADPC was to set up the operations strategy and implementation of reliable efficient process for the world tallest tower. He is currently a board director in the Middle East Facility Management association. Also, he is active member of the Alumni committee of the American University Of Sharjah. Ali is proud to be part of the ADPC team and he is looking forward to contribute as part of ADPC success story.

Naif bin Saleh Al-Rajhi is the Co-founder and CEO of Memar, and Chairman of Able FM.
Ali AlSuwaidi brings with him 12 years of experience in facility management in U.A.E. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from USA, MBA & International Diploma in Safety Management.
